About the Smudging Bundle

Smudging the Space:

  • Open a window to dispel the negative energy
  • Starting at the front door of your home light the white sage smudge stick or Palo Santo Wood
  • Walking clockwise around your home use the feather to guide the smoke into hidden spaces and corners and if you feel comfortable speak or chant your intentions.
  • When you are back at the front door, chant your final mantra or prayer. Visualise the entire home filled with bright white sunlight. Then speak your intention one last time to close the smudging ceremony, and then safely extinguish your smudge stick.
